Our Team

Co-Founder and CEO


After more than a decade of experience in working with international organizations from the public and private sectors in the Southern African region. In 2016, he was selected for the YALI (Young African Leaders Initiative) U.S Department of State leadership program, which ignited in him the need to start a social enterprise venture.

Muheti holds a Marketing degree, and has combined experience of more than a decade in the energy businesses and international development organizations
Muheti’s experience working in private and public sectors showed him the importance of organisations engaging with more innovative approaches to business. Leveraging his skills to create strategic alliances, develop concepts, and coalesce stakeholder groups, to build resilient, inclusive and more conscious societies, and preserve our planet.

Louise Olver

Louise has worked for over 12 years in the Marketing and Media industry for the B2B & B2C, in the private sectors and has occupied senior positions, managing multinational portfolios helping companies develop, execute their marketing and sales strategies, targeting, positioning for new products and markets. Her experience includes managing and delivering on major client projects, within the Technology, Finance and Energy sectors, and taking responsibility for strategic planning and development of projects, implementation, deliverables and leadership in team management.

Louise holds a Marketing Degree from The Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom.



Alex Kruzel

Alex has served a breadth of federal, non-profit and commercial clients across her international consulting career. She is the founder and CEO of Telesto Strategy – a consultancy firm based in the U.S. Chicago, IL., focused on building an international network of diverse business and civic leaders to formulate growth strategies that are regenerative from an environmental perspective and achieve both organizational growth and network benefits. Prior to founding Telesto Strategy, Alex served as President of Market Strategy Group, a Chicago-based boutique consulting firm, and was part of Deloitte’s Emerging Market practice. Prior to consulting, Alex served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mozambique and supported a variety of volunteer, consulting and development-related NGOs in sub-Saharan Africa. At the same time as thinking globally, Alex believes in local engagement and is highly involved with The Chicago Council on Global Affairs.
